At a critical time in Australia’s history, we are undertaking a significant transformational program of work (Towards One Y) the aim of which is to better empower children and young people, their families and all YMCA Associations across Australia.
As the Program Support Officer, you will be critical to the successful delivery of programs and projects within the YMCA Program Management Office ensuring successful project outcomes for the Y across Australia.
Support project leaders and team members in the delivery of successful projects ensuring compliance with project methodology and governance. You role will be to support project leaders in development of deliverables including;
With superior attention to detail and a passion for seeing successful delivery of project through the end to end project lifecycle. You enjoy the complexities associated with managing multiple stakeholder and welcome the opportunity to be strategic in your thinking.
Experience and knowledge of project management methodology, processes and project management system solutions is essential as is a qualification in Project Management certifications – PRINCE2, PMBOK as is strong skills working with MS project and the broader MS Office suite.
