Reporting to the Executive Leader of Purpose and Impact the Youth & Child Voice Manager will oversee programs and initiatives that support children and young people to have a voice at the Y and in their community. This will include the management and improvement of the Youth Parliament program, activation of the Y NSW Child and Youth Voice Strategy, the development and implementation of activities and programs that support youth and child advocacy and our social impact framework. This role will be a part of the Purpose and Impact Leadership team and will provide support and expertise for youth programs across NSW where appropriate.
We are looking for an energetic and inspired individual with an understanding of the youth/community sector with a strong background working with and empowering young people. You will come with a strong network and have experience in program development and management.
