This key role will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Care Pl>ys Virtual Reality (VR) Northern Territory (NT) initiative. Care Pl>ys VR NT is funded by the Department of Social Services through the Try Test Learn initiative.

Care Pl>ys VR NT will work with Aboriginal young people who are seeking employment to co-develop VR games that introduce work opportunities in the human services sector in the NT.

The VR games will be trialled along with the ISACNT Get SET Skills Employment Training resources in employment training programs conducted in Darwin, Alice Springs and other locations such as Tennant Creek, East Arnhem Land and Katherine.

Our Project Coordinator will:

• Work autonomously whilst being highly accountable for the outcomes,
• Adapt to changing circumstances that impact the project;
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Be able to develop and sustain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders;
• Problem solve to ensure optimal outcomes

Care Pl>ys VR NT is a partnership between Workforce Plus Inc, Northern Territory (NT) Industry Skills Advisory Council (ISACNT), National Disability Services NT and the Karen Sheldon Group (Darwin, Tennant Creek & Alice Springs).
