ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Manager – IT & Facilities to join our Business Operations stream, focused on meeting the operational needs of the organisation.

This position is responsible for managing and providing a quality service across the organisation’s ICT, business and technical systems, facilities, fleet, procurement, security, and reception functions. This position also provides supervision and operational support to a team of direct reports.

The daily responsibilities of the Manager – IT & Facilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  • Monitor and improve business and technical systems and processes in collaboration with the director of business operations.
  • Oversee the work of an ICT coordinator to ensure our business and technical systems are operational, secure, and replaced in accordance with the ICT roadmap and plan.
  • Deliver a quality service across reception, information technology, operational systems, fleet and facilities.
  • Manage all organisation facilities and work sites to ensure the meet safety and operational standards.
  • Oversee a team of reception and operations staff who support the business in front of house activities and other administrative activities associated with facilities, procurement, and ICT.
  • Provide leadership to ensure collaboration and integration across and between GenWest programs and services to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

The position is available on a full-time (1 EFT), permanent basis and is paid at GenWest EA Level 8, pay point negotiable dependent on experience (ranges from $108,778.80 - $113,066.72) pro rata EFT + 10% superannuation.
