ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Advisor – Quality to support continuous improvement and identify new compliance within GenWest legislative, funding and service delivery obligations.

This includes supporting updates with core compliances that impact family violence practice governance, document control, contract management and cultural safety related standards across the organisation.

  • The daily responsibilities of the Advisor- Quality include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate and implement updates from legal compliance advisors and relevant systems
  • Coordinate change management requirements to embed arising compliance requirements within QMS and interested parties’ assets
  • Provide support to the quality team when required to contribute to the effective functioning of this area.
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of organisational goals through regular supervision and participation in professional development activities.
  • Promote a culture of collective learning and collaborative work practice, including respectful and positive communication within team/organisation

The position is available on a 18 month fixed term contract and is paid at GenWest EA Level 6, pay point negotiable dependent on experience (ranges from $92,694 - $96,804) pro rata EFT + 10% superannuation.
