About the Role

We are currently seeking a Permanent Part time Reception and Administration Officer to join our team (Monday and Thursday 9.15am-5.21pm and Friday 12.45pm-5.21pm) with the availability to cover periods of staff leave as required.

As a member of Windermere’s Reception and Administration team, you will provide exceptional front of house reception and administration support to our consumers and staff. The successful applicant will be based at our Narre Warren Head Office, and may be required to work from our Pakenham office at times. Your core responsibilities include managing incoming telephone calls, face-to-face enquiries, and consumer appointments along with various administration tasks.

About You

You will have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in operating a busy reception and switchboard while completing various administrative tasks. You will be polite, friendly and have a fantastic ‘can do’ attitude along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  

  • Proven experience in a reception and administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail, tech savvy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fluid, changing environment.
  • Flexible and adaptive to covering additional shifts as required.
  • Positive and motivated team-player who has a passion for both excellent customer service and administration.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a Police check, NDIS check and a Working with Children's check for this position.
