Seeking Garden Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and grow our ADE Garden Maintenance Business
Windarring Ltd is a Disability Service Provider in central Victoria. Windarring provides community participation programs, day programs, under eighteen-year-old programs, supported travel, holiday programs, supported living and respite care.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Windarring team in a part time coordination role.
This position oversees the ADE Garden Maintenance Business at Kyneton. This position is responsible for providing a high quality service to customers, while ensuring that supported employees are achieving goals, satisfactory levels of performance, and job satisfaction. The Garden Maintenance Coordinator must provide a safe workplace, compliance with legislative frameworks, and develop collaborative relationships with staff across all sites.
The Garden Maintenance Coordinator takes opportunities to engage local community aiming for customer growth and beneficial community partnerships.
