Seeking Garden Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and grow our ADE Garden Maintenance Business

Windarring Ltd is a Disability Service Provider in central Victoria. Windarring provides community participation programs, day programs, under eighteen-year-old programs, supported travel, holiday programs, supported living and respite care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Windarring team in a part time coordination role.

Position Summary

This position oversees the ADE Garden Maintenance Business at Kyneton. This position is responsible for providing a high quality service to customers, while ensuring that supported employees are achieving goals, satisfactory levels of performance, and job satisfaction. The Garden Maintenance Coordinator must provide a safe workplace, compliance with legislative frameworks, and develop collaborative relationships with staff across all sites.

The Garden Maintenance Coordinator takes opportunities to engage local community aiming for customer growth and beneficial community partnerships.

Criteria for this role

• Coordinate the delivery of the garden maintenance program at Kyneton, while meeting individual participant plans and goals.
• Lead (and work billable hours with) work teams to provide consistent quality services to the Windarring customers.
• Ensure individual ADE employees and work teams meet performance indicators including service agreement review and planning, workplace training, design and planning, quality and safety, client and family liaison, individual and team excellence and professionalism.
• Problem solving: can work through day to day matters in the garden coordination role, provide solutions, seek collaboration, seek direction and know when to escalate an issue.
• Certificate IV in Disability or relevant work experience in garden maintenance
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Clearance (essential)
• Current Employee Working with Children’s Check (essential)
• Current valid Victorian Driver’s licence (essential)
• Covid-19 digital vaccination certificate
