Whitelion is looking for a Western Community Connections Coordinator to join our Western Metro Melbourne team. We are looking for a community development professional with demonstrated experience in service coordination and advocacy to support our work with young people in Out of Home Care.

Based in Whitelion’s Hoppers Crossing office, this role will be a part of the Better Futures initiative in partnership with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. Using the Advantaged Thinking framework, the Community Connector will work with other Better Futures providers to build networks of supportive relationships and connections for young people in their local community.
