We’re looking for a Foundation Manager to join our team at What Ability Foundation. You will play a vital role in delivering our key fundraising activities to ensure successful and sustainable growth. What Ability Foundation is on a mission to unlock ONE MILLION experiences to people with a disability by 2026! We partner with all types of experience providers across sport, live entertainment, adventure, hospitality and dining to unlock community experiences across the country.

The key responsibilities include the ongoing development and implementation of securing experiences, fundraising campaigns and marketing activities to meet our fundraising and communications needs.

Responsibilities for our Foundation Manager:

• Sourcing and secure experience partners across Australia
• Develop and execute fundraising and marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure efficiency, best practice and continuous improvement
• Manage the Foundation Administrator and externals (videographers, media) as needed
• Manage end to end multi-channel campaigns, including but not limited to fundraising appeals, regular giving, community fundraising and peer to peer events
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets to successfully execute projects
• Monitor and report on project milestones, income and expenditure, ensuring open and regular communication
• Develop and deliver donor communications to engage, build loyalty and increase retention, contribute to conversion, reactivation and upgrade activities
• Prepare reports on fundraising results and future plans for the Board as required
• Develop rapport and positive working relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure success, including fundraising agencies

• This role will be reporting to the Foundation CEO
• This role is full time based in our Sydney office. Our team work closely with What Ability Pty Ltd, the NDIS disability service provider
