Knowledge of support services within the Western suburbs of Melbourne available to victim survivors of family violence is desirable. You will also hold a degree in social work, and/or counselling or equivalent with eligibility for membership of AASW.
We're currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Family Violence Counsellors to work within our team. This role provides a crucial response to the psycho-social/mental health needs of clients in collaboration with other cohealth services, providing support to women through therapeutic counselling and advocacy.

This position will be paid under the Community Health Centre (Stand Alone Services) Social and Community Service Employees Multi Enterprise Agreement 2013 - 2015, Social Worker, Class 2, Year 3 (SCHADS Level 5).
