About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants to make the world a little better and to make meaningful relationships with clients and residents.

You will be a member of our Health and Wellbeing team as an Occupational Therapist and part of our multidisciplinary team! We have a team over 90 staff across both campuses in Sinnamon Park and Chermside. Our team includes Physiotherapists, Dietetics, Podiatry, Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing and more!

There will be a mixed case load with this opportunity, working with adults across CHSP, Home Care Package, Fee for Service, Medicare and DVA. During your week, you will also work in residential services, clients home and provide care from our wellness centres.

In this role you will deliver intervention as part of a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) which aligns with the strategic goals of the Health and Wellbeing Team within Community Care and inclusion and Wesley Mission Queensland (WMQ).

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registrations
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with staff, clients and families.
• Exceptional communication skills and a focus on patient-centred care
• Commitment to teamwork and quality improvements
• Drivers License
