Your new role

In this role you will work within a multidisciplinary team providing Exercise Physiology services to our clients. This role will provide you with ample opportunity to learn, grow and develop. You will have access to a great internal professional development program as well as the opportunity for participate in funded external development. You will be part of an amazing team providing you with ongoing support and supervision. You will have the opportunity to:

Work across a range of settings including our hydrotherapy pool, state of the art rehabilitation gym fit our with HUR equipment, excellent clinic treatment facilities and within clients home environments

• Complete a range of assessment and treatment types with a diverse range of clients across the adult lifespan
• Be a part of holistic, multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, OTs, Dietitians, Speech Paths, Personal Trainers and more!
• Have access to fleet vehicles for travel required for home visits.

Key Responsibilities include

• Provide Exercise Physiology services to customers presenting with a wide range of needs, including aged care, disability, health and wellbeing, return to work and rehabilitation.
• Assessment of customer physical needs and development of individual treatment plans and goals.
• Identify opportunities to provide other cross disciplinary services which may be of benefit to the customer.
