The Program Workers are integral to the PARC program as they work closely with participants in their recovery journey whilst at PARC, both individually and with their clinical care teams, and lead a range of groups and activities which aid recovery. Our Program Workers also provide key operational support and help create new innovations and improvements for the ongoing quality of the program.
PARCS operate 24/7 on a rotating roster and penalty rates apply for afternoon and weekend hours.
The Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) program is a collaborative service between Wellways and Eastern Health. Maroondah PARC is located in a community setting and provides an option for people who are becoming unwell or need a short period of additional support to strengthen their gains from spending time in an inpatient setting.
