Consumer Directed Services (CDS) refers to services which are led by and funded by individual consumers. These services include the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services, iCare, Insurance and brokers. All of these services provide support, care and access to services and technology for Australians with disabilities as well as their families and carers.
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our supportive CDS team, here at Wellways Australia. This fast paced, exciting opportunity will suit someone who enjoys all things administration, has a high level of attention to detail and thrives on supporting others.
This position will primarily be based at our Pymble (NSW) office; however, we would also consider flexibility in working from our Campbelltown (NSW) office.
Flexibility to work from both locations is highly desirable.
Working within a fast-paced environment, two days will never be the same in this varied CDS Administrator role. Your day will see you supporting management with scheduling of participants, responding to enquiries, and assisting individuals to understand their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Plan.
This position plays a pivotal role within the CDS team and will involve undertaking administrative duties including, setting up and maintaining effective filing, resources, and site systems, assisting with regional fleet management, and supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of administrative systems and processes.
For a confidential discussion about the role, please contact Amanda Wyatt or Shahn Stuart-Edwards on 1300 111 400
Please Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview.
