PIXO is building out a dedicated Salesforce team within our broader agency that provides implementation, integration and support service lines which compliment our existing web platform services.

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to help our clients get the best value from their Salesforce implementation.

Our ideal candidate will have skills and experience as follows:

• 3+ years working within the Salesforce ecosystem, and ideally with an understanding of how non-profit organisation use Salesforce and the Non-profit Success Pack (NPSP).
• Exceptional communication skills
• Consult on best-practice data management in the non-profit sector and provide data management services in an ongoing capacity for existing clients.
• Gather detailed requirements for configuring Salesforce objects, views, and profile permissions relating aligned to business requirements
• Ability to document a proposed solutions and articulate this to clients and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience on data standardisation and cleansing
• Prepare and provide training and documentation

A core component of our deliverables with most clients is ensuring high quality, reliable integration between Salesforce and other platforms we implement and support. Having an interest on the ‘whole solution’ for client beyond the Salesforce implementation itself is an important aspect of the role.
