What are we looking for?

• A person who will take ownership of the production of all our bread items for our catering orders.
• Can meet production deadlines and have work completed on time and ready to be delivered without exception.
• Pride, passion and a high standard of quality control.
• Food presentation skills must be exemplary – our food is our signature and calling card.
• You will prepare all the fresh fillings, maintain stock of ingredients and ensure sufficient preparation is available for upcoming orders.
• Working in a team of multi ability adults to achieve outcomes of not only food preparation and delivery but also work within HACCP guidelines.
• Guiding and mentoring employees in the section to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Working under the direction of our Executive Chef and being flexible to take on any other tasks when possible e.g., basic food preparation, catering deliveries, bulk order assembly etc.
• You will be a crucial member of the Catering fulfilment team and work to achieve positive outcomes.
• We focus on a positive empowering culture, we value each other for our abilities and share the same goals for success.
• Clear communication skills both spoken and written to effectively communicate with people with diverse abilities and needs.
• Valid drivers licence - may be required to assist with catering deliveries during peak service periods.
