Wanslea has been selected as a Partner in the Community to deliver Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) services across multiple West Australian locations.

Early Childhood Practitioner

Wanslea is seeking passionate and engaging individuals from the following disciplines: Early Childhood Education, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work and Speech Pathology or other relevant professional field.

The Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) approach supports children who have a developmental delay or disability and their families/carers. Supporting families to help children develop the skills they need to take part in daily activities and achieve the best possible outcomes throughout their life is a fundamental part of the ECEI approach. This position is responsible for the provision of specialist best-practice early childhood assessment, planning and early intervention for children with developmental delays and/or disabilities and their families working closely with Early Intervention Practitioners and Support Workers.

Ideally, you will have extensive knowledge and application of early childhood development, developmental delay and the early intervention service sector and a demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, the ECEI approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles.
