Women’s Property Initiatives (WPI) is a community housing organisation established in 1996 by women for women. WPI provides long-term housing to women experiencing disadvantage across Greater Melbourne Area.
We are currently seeking a Tenancy and Property Worker to work as part of the Tenancy and Property Management team to ensure high quality tenancy and property management of WPI properties owned and under management. This involves ensuring all properties are managed in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act and organisational policies, procedures and systems.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of two years' experience in tenancy and property management and demonstrated working experience and knowledge of the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS). You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, demonstrate initiative, be proactive and anticipate areas where assistance is needed.
