We have an exciting opportunity for a Team leader to work alongside a creative team establishing a new program and be part of Uniting.
The RESTART program will lead a new way of supporting individuals experiencing mental health issues. The program is designed to support individuals in their personal recovery journey, work towards their goals, and establish or re-establish community connections. Uniting is seeking an experienced Mental Health Team Leader to work in a community mental health services.
Uniting, EACH, and Monash Health are embarking on a new Early Intervention Psycho-social Support Response (EIPSR) program. We are delighted to announce a new career opportunity to be part of this exciting and innovative partnership.
The program will lead the way in working alongside individuals experiencing mental health with their personal recovery journey by focusing on goals, and establishing or re-establishing community connections.
The team leader will manage a team of mental health staff, delivering psycho-social support to individuals in the community as well as working collaboratively with all stakeholders as part of partnership and Uniting services.

The Team Leader will manage a team of mental health staff, delivering psycho-social support to individuals in the community as well as working collaboratively with all stakeholders as part of partnership and Uniting services.
Relevant experience in leading a team in Mental Health and/or AOD services. Outstanding skills in working collaboratively with clients, families, colleagues, stakeholders and other service providers.
Experience in delivery of community mental health services. Demonstrated skills in working in partnerships which may include clinical mental health. The ability to apply relevant legislation, related policy and awareness of current trends.
