Reporting to the Team Leader - Youth and Family Services Epping, you will provide direct client support and case management; as well as referral to additional specialists supports and advocacy where required.
As a Reconnect Case Worker you will utilise community-based early intervention services to assist young people (12 to 18 years old) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and their families.
As a Integrated Family Services Case Worker you will work with families to develop Child and Family Action Plans underpinned by the ‘Best Interest’ framework, to help create a stable environment that promotes safety, well-being and healthy development for children.

Full-time or Part-time, Maximum term until 31 May 2024, based in Epping.
In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits.
