We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic administration professional to provide efficient administration support to the child, youth and family services programs delivered from our Doveton office. The programs support vulnerable families who require support with the care, development and wellbeing of their children.

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having demonstrated experience in reception and/or administrative support roles.
You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload with conflicting tasks and deadlines. A strong initiative and the ability to adapt to new systems and databases quickly are essential to this role. You will also have demonstrated experience in maintaining client privacy and handing sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Candidates with previous experience in a human services organisation will be highly regarded.
