Our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program is the largest provider in Victoria, helping create inclusive environments for children with disabilities, developmental delays, or complex medical needs. We believe in providing genuine opportunities for every child to access and actively participate in kindergarten programs.
In our newly created role of Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and supporting our KIS Additional Assistants working in diverse kindergarten services across the local government areas of Boroondara, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Monash Whitehorse, and Yarra Ranges.
You will be supported and mentored by the KIS Program Manager, who will help you succeed in this new role and support you in planning and implementing the supervision and support program for our KIS Additional Assistants.
We offer a hybrid and flexible work environment. We focus on outputs and deliverables and are set up to work remotely (laptop, phone) or from one of our Uniting offices.

You will have experience and be a role model for best practice in Early Childhood Education and have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or other relevant ACECQA recognised qualification.
