Uniting Barwon is seeking a motivated and committed Initial Assessment & Planning (IAP) Worker to work in our Homelessness and Housing area.
The IAP worker is the first contact for people in housing crisis and provides initial assessment and planning to clients accessing the services of the homelessness sector, who may be in need of housing assistance, support, advocacy and/or referral to appropriate services within and outside of the sector.
You will have a good knowledge of the homelessness and housing systems and be passionate about working with people. You will be a problem solver with a can do attitude who works with people to find solutions to their housing crisis.
