You will be part of a team, focusing on co-ordinating our lunch service which operates Monday to Friday from 11am – 2pm and during our Winter Breakfast program (June-August) from 6.30am. Along with up to 30 Volunteers, Chef and kitchen staff, you'll ensure optimum service delivery is maintained, our Customers are happy and the service meets the needs of everyone who joins us. Hartley's has a long and respected history, and is a foundation service where every day is different.

You will demonstrate a high level of autonomy; ensuring high standards of food service are upheld, and be comfortable working with a broad section of people within our community. We're looking for someone who is grounded, alert and understands the complexities of coordinating a busy community dining room. Applicants with demonstrated experience with food handling and an understanding of the people we support will be highly regarded.
