As Employment Coach working across the Disability Employment Program, you will work with job seekers to coach them and get them ready for ongoing meaningful employment. Collaborating with the wider team, you will manage employment leads or source new employment opportunities that meet the needs of your job seekers. You will reverse-market job seekers into potential ongoing employment opportunities by arranging work experience or job placement opportunities.

In addition to receiving a salary ranging between $60k - $68k, superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits. There is also an option for additional purchased leave to increase your annual leave entitlements.
