We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher for our three-year-old program at our Horsham centre in 2023.
Make a difference at Horsham Uniting Early Learning, where your expertise will have a profound impact. An incentive amount of $50k is also available for eligible candidates.
The role is to oversee operations of the service to maintain compliance and quality and to provide leadership to a passionate and professional team to ensure the provision of quality early childhood programs.
This position will also ensure the provision of an environment which reflects a safe, inclusive, responsive and supportive program where the interests and needs of children are the foundation for the creation of the educational programs.
Strong leadership, knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice, provision of high-quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.
