Join us to coordinate and support our small team of Employment Mentors delivering the Jobs Victoria Employment Services program located together with the broader Uniting team in our bright new offices in Maude Street Shepparton.
You will provide advice and guidance to the team and support our Employment Mentors to secure suitable placements for clients largely from multicultural, refugee, or asylum seeker backgrounds.
You will also be responsible for achieving milestones, reporting to funding bodies, managing escalated issues and building and sustaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, local employers and participants.
We support flexible working and will work out a schedule for your part time hours that suits you and suits us. We can also look at occasional work from home days.
In addition to receiving a full-time equivalent salary of $88,940.25 and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.
You will have access to paid parental leave for up to 10 weeks and can receive a 10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.
You are an experienced team leader and know how to provide supervision, support and guidance to team members resulting in high quality outcomes.
