Wesley Out of School Hours Care (WOOSH) provides high quality before and after school care and vacation care to school aged children across greater Sydney.

As the Training & Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting our 11 OOSH centres with recruitment of staff and trainees, developing a robust induction program to support service delivery and ensuring staff are covered by all requirements to work.
To be successful in this position you will have strong leadership qualities, be passionate and love working as part of a fast-paced team, with a passion to ensure our staff are supporting our children to be the best they can be. You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated. You will also have a cooperative approach to working with stakeholders.
