The Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Administrator will deliver proficient and effective training related administrative support services to the Interskills team.

The role will be performed in a way that adheres to WISE organisational standards, relevant legislation and all funding body requirements.

You will:

  • Manage telephone/online enquiries and bookings
  • Complete administrative tasks in relation to all training activities
  • Preparation of enrolment forms, training resources, induction forms, USI, Credit Transfers, Pre-Training reviews and LLN assessments
  • Complete reporting and data collection for management

What will you bring to the role?

  • A positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working in a small collaborative team
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs including MS Excel, experience using a learning/ student management system eg VETtrak aXcelerate
  • Experience in providing administrative services in an RTO or training environment
  • Excellent customer service delivery
  • Experience in office functions and operations
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility

Desirable Criteria

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification
  • Previous experience working in a quality/compliance environment
