Wintringham is a not-for-profit organisation providing an extensive range of aged care, housing and related support services to men and women aged 50-plus who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness. We employ over 950 staff and operate from multiple offices across Melbourne, Hobart and regional Victoria.We provide a safe, flexible and caring family-style environment, which allows residents to maintain their chosen lifestyles, habits and activities and to be as independent as they choose to be. Wintringham has expanded our venture into Regional Victoria with the development of a 20 bed home in Shepparton. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is keen to join our organisation as the Residential Site Manager – Shepparton on a Full Time basis. This is a newly built residential aged care home. As such, you will be offered an extensive induction to Wintringham’s philosophy of care and support, to ensure our well established model of care is delivered in our new Shepparton Home.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a NDIS Screening Check and Police Records check. Refusal to provide your information to both of these parties will prevent Wintringham from being able to continue with your application.
Applicants who have lived in a country other than Australia for a period longer than 12 months in the last 10 years may be required to undergo an International Police Check.
Successful candidates will be required to comply with the Wintringham Health and Immunisation policy including being vaccinated for influenza in 2023 having three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine before commencing employment, and must provide evidence.
