The Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of it’s kind in Australia. About the role

Reporting to the Business & Systems Analyst, the role of Human Resources Systems Analyst is responsible for improving the management and use of business applications used by the Human Resources and Payroll Team. The role will analyse and recommend changes to improve the integrity of the systems, including critical analysis of its data, processes, and reporting.

About You

  • Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the values that underpin VACCA’ vision and purpose and a willingness to champion these internally and externally
  • Experience in a Human Resources Information Systems including best practice master data structure, integration, automation, and trouble shooting
  • Demonstrated experience leading the evaluation and implementation of technology processes within HR systems
  • Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate satisfactory outcomes and capacity to support change management in a culturally appropriate manner
  • Experience in supporting the use of HR systems, including writing manuals, testing solutions and training staff
  • Proven experience writing technical and test specifications
  • Works to address skill gaps and assists others to identify their training needs
  • Demonstrated high levels of discretion and integrity
