Positioned within the Student Life portfolio, the Manager, Inclusion UC, manages a team that supports the participation, retention and success of students with disability and / or ongoing health condition(s) through developing reasonable adjustment arrangements and plans for each student with diverse requirements.
Reporting to the Director of Student Life, you will manage a small team of five members, motivate and develop your team in a supportive and proactive environment and collaborate with faculties and other business units working towards long- and short-term goals.
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for managing people and a demonstrated ability in leading a team to successful outcomes. You will have the ability to navigate the complexities of a university environment and add value to our students with diverse requirements.
