The Gender Equality in Working Life Research Initiative was launched in March 2022. It will undertake research on gender dynamics in work and careers across sectors, life stages and levels. As the Research Officer - Gender Equality in Working Life, you’ll provide support to the Director Professor Rae Cooper and Deputy Director Elizabeth Hill to apply for funding, meet milestones, keep to budget, communicate with stakeholders and report progress and achievements.

The incumbent is expected to carry out routine tasks fairly autonomously, with minimal guidance and/or supervision once process/procedure is agreed upon and/or learnt and to prioritise their own work to meet any deadlines and project needs.
