Senior Administration Officer - West Lakes

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Administration Officer will be responsible for the delivery of quality Aged Care administrative services and for the supervision of administration staff to ensure the efficient operation of all business systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILiTIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide high quality customer service to residents, relatives, staff and the general public
  • Administer and maintain systems for mail, filing and archiving
  • Respond to internal and external customers in a respectful, courteous, helpful and timely manner
  • Coordinate reception and ensure that all visitors and residents are shown respect and feel welcomed as per UnitingSA’s visions and values when entering the facility
  • Supervise the reception process and administration staff

 To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Recognised qualification in Business Administration or relevant qualifications
  • Extensive experience in office administration and clerical duties
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current Police Check or relevant DCSI Clearance

You will also demonstrate a positive and professional "can-do" attitude, excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to work equally well as a member of a team or working alone.
