This is a full-time (35 hours/ week) contract opportunity until July 2024. Location can be negotiated and flexible WFH options
As a Practice Coach with Uniting’s Communities Directorate, you are responsible for leading high quality and consistent practice approaches for the successful implementation and sustainability of the Domestic and Family Violence Practice Framework (DFV PF). As a Practice Coach you will also be responsible for supporting practice leadership more broadly working alongside the Practice Lead team and reporting to the Practice Lead for Early Intervention.
The Practice Coach role is responsible for supporting the implementation of agreed practice models and driving change initiatives to best meet the needs of client groups. You will actively support an organisational culture that seeks opportunities to improve and proactively identifies potential barriers to achieving outcomes. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to find creative and sustainable solutions to problems and contribute to improvements for your area of specialisation and the Directorate. You will be skilled at navigating the organisation and able to work proactively across business functions.
You will be continuing to develop in your area of expertise and be expected to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline. It is expected that you will possess good skills at navigating a complex organisation, forging relationships, and managing through influence rather than direct authority as required. You will have relevant experience in delivering programs/services within your area/s of specialisation.
