With your knowledgeable and highly collaborative team of 4 you will manage all month-end and year-end duties, statutory reporting, management reporting, audit and process excellence improvement across all business streams of Uniting. Using your excellent interpersonal skills you will be building trusted relationships with the business stakeholders as you will have oversight of the service streams revenue. You will be the go-to person for technical accounting advice and analysis using your advanced excel skills, exposure to financial modelling would be advantageous.
Using your management experience you'll ensure your team has the necessary resources and capability to deliver high-quality work, encouraging open communication through regular catch-ups, assess performance, set objectives and establish active development plans.
