Conveniently located in the beautiful Goonellabah township, Uniting Caroona is surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty. With 4 separate households, each with up to 20 residents. Your Uniting Homemaker ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable.
Our Uniting Household Model of care empowers our residential care teams with freedom to support our residents in ways that help them maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their day. As a Carer in a household, you’ll provide care, companionship, and emotional support to residents to help support their independence and improve their quality of life. Uniting seeks Care Workers to work at Uniting residential facilities (Jarman, Kalina, Marima) in Goonellabah, NSW, starting on a permanent or casual basis. Neg hours, AM, PM, Weekday or Weekend shifts to chose from.
