UNICEF Australia is looking for experienced F2F Team Leaders to join our in-house fundraising team in Melbourne.

Our work is funded by the voluntary donations of governments, donors, institutions and corporations. Our teams of fundraisers are critical in helping us to raise funds from the Australia public to provide water, health, food and education to millions of children in developing countries around the world.  Fundraisers and Team Leaders are responsible for inspiring and securing long-term monthly donors in a range of locations including residential door-to-door, street work and private sites.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for the day-to-day supervision and performance their allocated UNICEF Australia fundraising team to ensure they meet donor recruitment targets. This will include mentoring and supporting team members and working closely with the Victorian Campaign Manager. In this public-facing role you will also be expected to lead by example and uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with UNICEF’s values.

Attributes required to undertake the position:

• Face to Face or Door to Door Fundraising experience is essential
• Ability to work a minimum of 26-32 hours per week (4 to 5 days)
• Proven management or leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team
