We’re seeking passionate team members to exceed in the delivery of high-quality support, helping to ensure people with a disability are able to achieve their goals and maintain socially valued roles, pursue employment opportunities, friendships and relationships.
As a Supported Living Facilitator (Disability Support Worker), you will be balancing your commitment to actively work in partnership with individuals and their families while helping the people we support, in their own homes and be active in their community.
This opportunity calls for an outstanding communicator with an ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders including community members and organisations. We’re looking for someone who is values driven and passionate about contributing to and developing a safe environment that supports and engages the people we support and their families.
