The Role:

An exciting opportunity currently exists to be part of a new, multidisciplinary Allied Health Unit specialising in disability.

We are looking for an experienced and appropriately qualified Occupational Therapist who is responsible for holistically assessing the needs of people we serve, making evidence-based recommendations, and providing the necessary supports to assist them to live as independently as possible.

Successful candidates must:

• have completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• have a least two years' experience as an Occupational Therapist working in disability
• be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• hold a current membership with OT Australia
• are appropriately qualified to work in the area of major home modifications and vehicle modifications, as outlined by the NDIS
• hold a current C Class Driver’s Licence
