Client Support Officer

We are looking for a Client Support Officer who can provide hands-on support to our service users, including connection assistance and personal care assistance in a supportive team environment.

Anyone who requires assistance when travelling is a Travellers Aid service user, with the majority of our users being people with a disability or requiring mobility assistance.

We are recruiting for our sites at Southern Cross Station and Flinders Street Station with occasional work at pop-up sites in Melbourne and regional Victoria.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • A can-do attitude
  • Experience working with people with disabilities, older people and people from diverse backgrounds
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Weekend and evenings availability highly desirable

Personal care qualification or equivalent at the level of Certificate Ill or greater, such as Certificate IV in Disability studies or nursing studies essential
