The Role:

We require professionals with proven client relationship experience, ideally in the disability sector, to join our expanding team as Plan Managers. You will work closely with Clients, Principal Carers & Service Providers to ensure our clients receive personalised, consistent & professional advice.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building & continuing established relationships with NDIS participants, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers & Local Area Coordinators
  • Responding to all enquiries, electronic & verbal, in a professional & efficient manner
  • Using our purpose built CRM to maintain accurate records of all enquiries & communication
  • Provide advice & guidance on the NDIS price guide to ensure our clients make informed choices & maximise their funding in accordance with their goals
  • Maintain current knowledge of the NDIS & plan management & ensure compliance with NDIS legislation
  • Deliver all advice in a personalised & empathetic manner to maximise client satisfaction & retention.

About You:

You will have strong experience in the delivery of client-centred care. A commitment to utilising Alpha Plan Management’s systems to achieve delivery in a timely & professional manner is critical.

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Essential

  • Demonstrated experience in an administration, bookkeeping or data entry role, preferably in a financial setting
  • Prioritising a person-centred & positive outcome focused approach for all client interactions
  • Exceptional organisation & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills & the ability to maintain relationships at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, problem solving & organisational skills
  • Proficiency to use multiple technology platforms & client management systems

Desirable

  • Previous experience as a Plan Manager
  • Experience working in an NDIS environment or supporting people with disability &/or their families
  • Cert III in Disability would be advantageous
