When we set out on the Tomorrow Woman Tomorrow Man (TW TM) journey over 5 years ago, none of us expected things to be where they are today! Today, TW TM works in secondary schools, sports clubs and communities around Australia, supporting:

  • Girls & women to ignite their voices, giving them tools to challenge the narrow expectations placed on them so they can live fuller and bolder lives, and;
  • Boys & men to build their emotional muscle, talk with gravity and challenge outdated stereotypes by having the courage to be vulnerable.

Our mission has always been to create engaging environments for men & women, young and otherwise, and from all walks of life, to challenge what it is to be a man or a woman in today’s world. We seek out and embody an aspirational, modern alternative to push back on stereotypes, expectations and pressure, and create a more flexible version of tomorrow's man/woman that resonates and speaks to the mainstream, while giving people the tools to decide on the person they want to be.

We’ve taken the same approach to building our organisation, challenging norms in service of creating a deliberately developmental environment - one that leverages our spikes and allows space to grow on our edges. After all, who are we to ask our participants to grow if not willing to ask the same of ourselves…

And so here we are, a learning & development based social enterprise that’s grown substantially against all measures - team size, national footprint, workshop output and participant & community impact. This year we will deliver over 2,000 workshops and have impacted over 120,000 people since inception. ABOUT THE ROLE

Our business has grown up fast, mostly through word of mouth and because of the incredible impact of our work but now we’re keen to get more sophisticated when it comes to customer acquisition and impact. You’ll join our marketing team and take the lead in delivering unforgettable customer experiences and automating the customer lifecycle to ensure seamless and frictionless buyers' journeys.

You’re a technical CRM guru who will help us to optimise Hubspot - from building and improving workflows and email templates to leading intelligence and revenue reporting - all in support of driving impact, enhancing customer engagement, and doing good in the world.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing a CRM, with a deep understanding of marketing automation and sales funnels.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation that converts, including writing, editing, and optimising various digital assets such as blog posts, emails, and landing pages.
  • Proven understanding of data types, data manipulation, analytics and digital marketing communication channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, execute and manage campaigns, working with the wider marketing and programs team to bring templates, calls-to-action, and content to life in HubSpot and utilise customer segmentation to acquire and retain customers.
  • Act as the primary administrator of our HubSpot database including the creation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, forms, reports, journeys, dashboard development, and data flow management.
  • Work with marketing team and subject matter experts to grow and convert our subscriber base by providing audiences with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, page visits, etc.).
  • Optimise the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Assist the marketing team in designing and building optimal customer journeys and promote new capabilities to build out a multi-channel roadmap focusing on database nurture and retention.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM system by implementing data validation rules, data cleansing activities, and data migration as needed.
  • Conduct regular analysis to track ROI, acquisition metrics and campaign performance across Sales and Marketing.

  • Creative: A big sky thinker with a creative approach to digital campaigns, both in messaging, creative styles, and in the delivery mechanism. These approaches will always remain fresh, clever, and agile.
  • Empathetic: You must be able to put yourself in the seat of our audiences in order to determine what voice, channel, and message will resonate.
  • Self Motivator: Strong motivation skills will be required. We need a strong brand influencer and business growth motivator, who can work to prescribed deadlines and is willing to push themselves past their current skill set.
  • Passionate: To understand our customer and company ethos there will need to be a degree of interest in the human condition and a passion to change the world for a better tomorrow.
