The Bridge is a progressive and innovative community based organisation that provides a variety of support services to individuals with disability and continually strives to improve the quality of service offered to participants.
To facilitate small group and individual activities for adults with a range of disabilities in local community settings, utilising a community development approach. Engage with families, carers, volunteers and community members to establish and maintain opportunities for personal outcomes to be achieved, whilst ensuring high quality support and personal care assistance, if required.
You are a passionate advocate for people with disability who enjoys focusing on personal outcomes for participants and empowering people to make individualised choices. You are a great communicator who can build relationships and work collaboratively with others to develop community based links, networks and partnerships. You are seeking to work with a values based organisation to promote independence and inclusion in the community for people with disability.
