We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, customer-focused person to kick start their career in the community services sector and administration. This traineeship will be completed in sites in Bayside / South East over a 12 month period with the outcome of a Certificate IV in Community Services.
Key responsibilities of the role include assisting the main receptionist with answering a busy switch board, greeting customers in a professional manner, providing service information to customers, arranging appointments for TaskForce counsellors and providing administrative support to the counselling and corporate staff.
