We are on the lookout for a Youth Careers & Recruitment Consultant working alongside our traditional recruitment arm in Perth. Our work goes beyond the typical recruitment role. It is knowing that we have paved the way for amazing opportunities for our RISERs that drives our team.

You will be responsible for sourcing and developing new employment opportunities for our RISERs, taking care of all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle as well as providing ongoing support to maximise their readiness for employment through liaison with service providers.

Tapping into your helpful nature, you will develop tailored solutions to determine employment opportunities that match the interests and strengths of our RISERs and also address the needs of employers. You will thrive working in a busy team with multiple deadlines and love being a key driver of the Talent RISE mission.

Your passion for working with the community will mean you seamlessly demonstrate you truly live and breathe the Talent RISE mission.

About you:

As the ideal candidate you will have:

• Qualifications in the social welfare and/or business sector
• Knowledge of the Technology/IT industry and Job Active space
• Well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passion for acting as the face of the Talent RISE brand, representing our values and opportunities to young people.
