Are you an experienced, enthusiastic service delivery manager wanting to make a difference? Tenants Queensland is a mission driven agency looking for the right person to join our Senior Leadership Team. The successful applicant will have a commitment to social justice and the ability to lead excellence and quality in service delivery functions. 

Key aspects of the role

• Provides service delivery strategy input to annual planning processes
• Is an active member of the Senior Leadership Team and drives the operations of the organisation to meet its strategic goals
• Oversees the quality delivery the QSTARS program against client needs and program requirements.
• Oversees the maintenance of a strong, cohesive QSTARS network of QSTARS provider organisations
• Works with the Business Team to recommend new technology support applications to improve program delivery
• Full-time position

Tenants Queensland was established in 1986 and seeks to represent the interests of all Queensland residential renters including those in marginal tenures such as caravan parks and boarding houses. Our vision is a society where renting is a secure and respected tenure, one where renters can understand and exercise their rights and understand their responsibilities under tenancy laws. We aim to improve conditions for renters by providing direct services and engaging in systemic advocacy.
