As a payroll officer, you will join our experienced team to ensure all transactions are processed according to the relevant Industrial Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and appropriate legislation.

The successful candidate will possess:

• An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of The Salvation Army.
• You must have one minimum year experience using Chris 21 Payroll System and Kronos Time and attendance System
• Demonstrated experience working in a high volume, multi award payroll environment.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service
• Excellent communicator, both in verbal and written format.

The successful candidate will an effective team player who is able to work well autonomously or as part of the team. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to think outside the box and your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be assets highly regarded for this position.
