About the role
Reporting to the General Manager Planning & Performance, the Senior Prospect Research & Development plays a critical role in providing quantitative support to the Fundraising Department by expanding TSA’s prospect management infrastructure/framework. This exciting newly created role will be full time permanent based in our Glen Waverley office. The Senior Prospect Research & Development is responsible for:
- Creation of a prospect pipeline through data collection and analytics
- Provide predictive analyse and modelling to assess capacity and inclination among newly assigned prospects
- Develop an annual prospect research strategy to guide prospect research activities/techniques and develop annual performance measures
- Discover insights using predictive modelling techniques to develop, retain and grow existing relationships with high value supporters
About you
- 3+ years in a quantitative research role
- Understanding of wealth indicators, including income (estimated or public) and assets
- Demonstrated predictive analyse and modelling techniques to organise information in identifying philanthropic patters, tendencies, and relationships among individuals, corporations and foundations
- Demonstrated the ability of strong inter-personal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
- Previous experience within not-for-profit organisation (desirable)
