The Salvation Army Australia's Homelessness Stream provides high quality, person-centred services to people at risk, and or experiencing homelessness. We support all cohorts in case management, financial assistance, connection and referral to other specialist services. Our philosophy is that every person deserves dignity, respect and quality of service and that no one should be without a safe, affordable and secure home.
We are seeking a values-driven and dedicated Team Leader - Front of House, reporting to the Centre Manager. You will lead and oversee the daily operations of the Front of House functions. This incorporates the work of 21-day Case Worker, intake and Assessment and Support Worker teams.
This is a permanent full-time position located at The Beacon, Northbridge.
